Dr. Leanne Short, Optometrist
Dr. Leanne Short is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Optometry. She is passionate about primary care optometry, as well as more specialized care including pediatric exams and eye disease management. Before receiving her Doctor of Optometry degree, her original passion was Opticianry, and she was the Program Chair of the Optician and Eyecare Program at Ivy Tech Community College, training future Opticians and Technicians.
Dr. Short and her husband, Jared (who is also an Optician!) have two children – Maren and Maddox, and live in Franklin, IN. Other than their many conversations revolving around optics, they also enjoy spending time outdoors as a family and going to concerts and music festivals.
